This week, Massachusetts lawmakers consider legislation to prevent cyber-bulling. This bill comes in the wake of a rash of high-profile and tragic cases across the state. Cyber-bullying differs from more conventional bullying because kids have no escape unless they also avoid the Internet and cellphone. The National Crime Prevention Council reports that more than 40 percent of teens will experience some form of cyber-bullying
